Area Supervisor, LeicestershireJob Ref: ASLT-1509Competitive Rate
Monday to Friday. Early mornings & evenings. 25hrs + p/wk. Must be flexible
Initially you must have your own vehicle (a mileage allowance will be paid) and a full clean driving license. A company car will be provided after a qualifying period.
Working in Leicestershire and surrounding areas you will be:
- Interviewing, starting and training cleaners
- Completing Site Inspections on a regular basis
- Dealing with any corrective issues regarding standards and conduct on sites
- When required, providing cover for sickness and holidays and starting new contracts
Previous cleaning and supervisory experience is essential, as is the ability to manage a varied workforce, but further training will be given. The role usually involves about 25hrs per week but may be up to 35hrs in busy periods.
Must be flexible on working hours as the position involves some early mornings (between 6:00am and 9:00am) and late evenings (between 5:00pm and 9:00pm), as well as some day work. Minimum week-end work may be required at busy times.
The ability to work as part of a team is essential, and in addition to the above requirements your duties will include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, emptying bins, cleaning toilets and kitchen areas and any other associated tasks.
